I never received the confirmation email for my order or tracking, and I was charged more than what was paid at the checkout. I didn't create a login so it's looking like it's a scam until I receive that information. It's been about 3 days now...

I ordered several different supplements. It was easy to order them, all were in stock and they arrived on time. They were all packed safely in a small box with which meant not much wasted packaging.

The presentation covered the material at a good pace and in an easy format to understand and retain. I found it very informative and put many of the suggestions into practice immediately. I would definitely sign up for another webinar offered by the Natural Health Practice.

NHP tablets are part of my daily routine. I take the hair/skin/nail, healthy women and omega 3 tablets daily. Highly recommend. If you don’t know exactly what you need, they have professionals you can discuss with prior to buying.

I am hoping that the products I ordered will do as they say. However the ordering of them was really difficult as it was not obvious where the products were on the website and when I put them in the basket it said no products were there. I was going round in never ending circles. Trying to order an individual product after a bundle product was also difficult. I did manage to order what I wanted, eventually. I think your website needs a bit of attention to make it much more user friendly.

I found the webinar very helpful and I have ordered the book.

Excellent & informative Webinar. Easy to understand & follow.

Impossible to log in. Then link to change password doesn't arrive so you have to fill in all your setails again evn though you're a regular customer. Some common things unavailable when you do a search. Most of the time when you do a search on one thing something else appears. I eventually managed to order. I persevered because I think they're good products. I also get fed up with the woman who phones me at inconvenient times and tries to get me to order more vitamins.

While it is very difficult for the NHP to deliver orders abroad to any country that is not the U.K. they are doing a valiant job as they try to facilitate their non U.K. customers. I wish them well and really hope things progress and get easier for them and for us.
