Training was clear, Mixed between videos and reading so it wasn't boring and tedious and I found it very useful, But I found some Questions in the testing certificate litle bit confusing as to choose multiple answers or just one answer apart from that, I totally recommend it.

Very thorough experience! Richard was very knowledgeable, clear and hands-on, with accessible material. We focused on technique and also on building confidence so that everyone felt prepared to act in an emergency. Well organised with the ability to work on mannequins. Will definitely come again in a year’s time!
