The course focussed too much on setting up a Knowledge Management programme. Also, the scenarios with the characters were not needed. Otherwise, a reasonable good KM introductory course.
Easy access and quick downloads
Paid for the Fire Safety course which I was renewing as the certificate had run out, went onto log in couldn't get the new course, instead they showed me my previous 14 trainings that were still valid and the fire Safety that had run out. Contacted them several times they mentioned dealing with it, but to no avail, I feel robbed.They offer very good courses that is why I had registered with them, anyway that is my only reason for giving them 1 star as I feel my concern wasn't dealt with, it was way back in June when I paid for the course, up to this day the issue has not been solved.
Really awful course. Poor instructions, incomplete information, outdated material and assessment on a system that has technical issues that affect scoring.
Easy to navigate. Great content that I m sure I can applied in my workplace.
