There was notable problem of accessing the training modules, as no link was supplied to log in . Only after 2 emails and phone message this was corrected. After that everything went well

I can’t access my course
Overall my experience was ok. What I found frustrating was the controls, the play bar was at the top of the screen and if you enlarged the screen as soon as you scroll through the text the control bar disappeared.
