I have been really anxious about starting this as I suffer with bad mental health as well as ADHD, anxiety, public anxieties etc. But they have been so understanding and welcoming. They have helped me enrol on some trainings and even covered the cost of some. My work coach is John S. He makes sure everyone is aware on how to deal with me, he always has a private room for me so I don’t have to sit with many people and feel anxious. I had problems with security of the building and he even went out his way to go downstairs to speak to them and explain not to deal with me how they did as that made me very overwhelmed. He has been brilliant really tries his best and I’m not the easiest person to deal with. I think working with pupils with different disabilities etc is not easy but he really goes the extra mile to understand and figure out how to make it work. Which I really really appreciate! I thought this back to work training will be a nightmare but I really appreciate all the work and effort John has been putting in with me. When I have days where I’m not well or overwhelmed he helps me through it and always manages to calm me down. Honestly what a man! I wouldn’t of been able to do it without him.
Although the content of the training was comprehensive the use of an AI voice over was very impersonal and off-putting. I would have much preferred to here the voice of a real person. Thank you

It was good but very long and not all the information was necessarily relevant to my role. The course content had to be digested quickly but I fear not necessarily all retained as there was no physical hands on practice to judge my abilities.
