A really helpful Safeguarding Level 3 course for me to update my previous course taken 5 years ago. Easy to navigate and understand and the 'notes' function was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Mandatory Training Group again for further courses in the future.

DOCUMENT TRAINING:Waste of time and money. If you’re just looking for a certificate to look good, it ✔️ the box. It does NOT help or teach anyone anything on what it says it covers. When I approached the company about it, they didn’t care and were not helpful. With be showing inspectors when the visit.
I enjoyed doing my assessments online, being able to do them as I pleased fitted in well with my work. Good indepth information to go through before your final module. Making plenty of notes along the way helps.
Online NLS is not the way to go. It’s a practical skills testing course not one that can be taught or assessed online. The online course is insufficient and won’t be accepted by Trusts anyway. So, it was a waste of money.
I had an excellent experience at this training center! The course was user-friendly, and the quizzes were easy to follow. My only suggestion would be to provide one comprehensive certificate instead of multiple ones. However, the way they delivered the information was structured and effective. I've already recommended this place to my friends, and I'm even taking another course because I love it so much! Keep up the great work!
The modules were easy to go through, understand and assessment questions were also fair.
I purchased a course but did not receive a link or login details. I checked my junk folder, but there's nothing there either. I emailed and contacted them but no response. It is a Sunday today, and I was hoping to complete the course as I have some free time now, but I understand that nobody will reply by today. It should be explained on their site that nothing works on weekends; instead, they say 24/7... I cannot even cancel now, as the refund policy says you get only 50% back (in the best scenario). I checked their help section, and guess what the most popular question that everyone is asking is: "When do I receive the link to start my course?" It doesn't look good so far, and I doubt if I will purchase another course from this site again.

Easy to understand and navigate the module. Happy with 12 month access in case some points need to be revisited. Also it's great that the course can be completed in own pace at own time. Nice certificate with summary of knowledge achieved attached.
