It was quick and easy to enrol. And the course covered all the areas that I needed
it was nice having chance to do this training.
Near-impossible to access modules online, no response to repeated messages.
The speakers were unsure about difficult words like "refer", "referral" or circumstances. That was confusing because, subconsciously, you focus more on the speaker's pronunciation issues than on the content. A number of the knowledge quiz questions were poorly worded, or did not make sense at all. Also, there were at least 2-3 mentions of case studies that were never presented in the main body of the course.

No catches - just what it says it is BRILLIANT
Just in case you decide to use it again, the course was generally ok, but some bits didn't work, it had a voiceover from a lady with a strong spanish accent which at times made it difficult to understand. This is from A Saunders who completed the course
Found a deal on Wowcher for the first aid training, RRP £40 with a 50% sale on, plus a further 50% through Wowcher, however the code provided didn’t work. When I reported this to Wowcher, Mandatory Training came back to me to say they no longer sell on Wowcher. Checked online and they have another deal for the same (or similar) training valid until Jan 25! On reflection, as £40 is so much lower than other providers, this may have been too good to be true and I will be looking elsewhere for my training. To clarify, my money has not yet reached Mandatory Training and I will need to work out a refund through Wowcher.

Navigating the website was easy. Great content delivery. I made a mistake in my details, on reaching out via email, error was corrected promptly despite it being from my end.
I had a very good experience during my BLS training. The lecturer( Amanda) was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She was not intimidating. The location was good very convenient to travel. I will definitely book again next year.
