Needed a new sofa and was recommended the lounge co. After exchanging emails with the team at Chiswick and ordering a few samples, we decided to go down to London. We were greeted by the staff and were left to browse their collections. When we needed help finally, we were approached by a member of the team, a very well dressed man and he helped us through the ranges and fabrics. Really happy with the service and thank you for all our samples and your valuable time.

Had such a fun day at the lounge co yesterday, thought I would write a quick review as I know the team doesn’t earn commission on sales. Goes to show they do it because they care! Had an appointment with Momo and he and his team are rockstars. My boyfriend and I have had such bad experiences with other furniture stores but the vibe in Chiswick was just relaxed and we had a nice chat with the staff. It’s also so much better to see the sofas in person, the website didn’t do the fabric choices justice.

I'm a single man, and I'm useless when it comes to shopping, especially for the house. With no support or guidance from a wife or girlfriend, I've been dreading buying a new sofa. Fortunately for me, this chap momo caught me looking bewildered, came over and helped me. It was great, he was able to diffuse the tension with jokes and was incredibly patient with my, no doubt, repetitive questions. Now I have a handful of sofa options, and I just need to make a decision. Thanks momo 👍

Visited the Chiswick showroom a couple of weeks ago and thought I would share my experience. Firstly the showroom itself is so well put together. The zen tone of the store really relaxes you as you walk around, no harsh lighting but rather a sense of fluidity. Staff are welcoming and allow you to browse the ranges in your own time before you want to ask questions, no one following you around and standing over your shoulder! Staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Really am impressed with the service. Brought in my samples with me and they walked me through the larger samples, it was great to see what the fabrics looked like in person. Would highly recommend visiting. Thanks Momo and team. Will be back once I exchange.

Momo was such a pleasure to work with. I’m an interior designer and it was nice to meet someone with the same experience. He worked so hard to fine me the right combination of products and really understood what direction I’m going for. I’ve been working with retailers for over 10 years, it’s hard being self employed but having someone like Momo involved really helped. I know you don’t receive commission but I hope this review will do you some good Momo

Ordered some swatches from The Lounge Co last week. I was a little overwhelmed by the vast choice of fabrics they have to offer but after calling in, I spoke with a lovely gentleman at Chiswick branch and with his sound interiors advice, we narrowed it down to three or four. I’m looking forward to popping in over the weekend!

Honestly, what a great experience that was. I’ve left feeling satisfied with the ideas proposed to me! Momo was a joy to meet full of charisma and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He took into consideration my vision and worked with me! I definitely recommend this service!

Meena and Paulina were incredible! They were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable about all of the products they were offering. They helped me find the perfect sofa for my space and even helped me solution how it might fit best in my space! I couldn't have had a more positive experience!

I went into the Islington store was really happy to find Meena working in the store. Meena was our childrens' primary school teacher at Thornhill more that 10 years ago; it was so great to see her again and remember those primary school years. Meena was so helpful and we went through different fabrics and sofas and chairs and I am really thrilled to have chosen a very colourful bright hummingbird chair and a less vibrant velvet child-friendly sofa. For me it was a great experience in the Islington Lounge Co store today!

Really pleased with our new snuggler - looks lovely and very comfortable.

Got through to someone whenever I wanted an update. Sofa was a week late but I was always fully informed - more than worth the wait.
