Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Probably the best customer service experience I've received since shopping around for products. Super friendly, and really committed to her work, Imogen (I think) was attentive, knowledgeable and full of personality which was lovely to see. I hope Imogen gets the recognition she deserves, she really was a ray of sunshine which helped to brighten up my day.
The customer service was amazing I had a few questions about the fabrics and delivery they answered pretty quickly, and were friendly and polite. I’m really happy with my order it came very quick and il be definitely ordering again. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Looking around for a sofa was stressful until I walked into The Lounge Co. The staff were friendly and Paulina was just amazing. She talked me through all the sofas, offered me refreshments and answered every question I had. She also knew when to give me time alone with the different options I had to pick from. From start to finish the experience was so straightforward with no stress. From start to finish Paulina and the crew made my experience 10/10. I would 100% recommend

Momo was fantastic. I have been thinking of buying a couch in the last few months but could not find anything that met my needs. While visiting a friend in Islington, I went to The Lounge Co. and Momo happened to be there for the day. He was very resourceful, respectful and not pushy at all. He was very convincing and I returned The Lounge Co. in Chiswick a few days later to make my purchase. Once again, with the support of Momo. Great technical skills combined with people skills. We need more Momo :)
We considered quite a few places for our new sofas but found The Lounge Co. the best. Great selection online, clear pictures and an easy process for making choices for the fabric/filling etc. Fabric samples were easy to order for colour matching and came quickly. Will be proceeding with our order.

We visited the Chiswick showroom on Saturday and were really happy with the experience. Sofas were high quality and the service was brilliant. We called ahead as would arrive close to closing, James was so lovely on the phone it made us feel very welcome. On arrival he was super helpful, knowledgable about the products and efficient at showing us everything we wanted. Even thought it was 6 o’clock and ready to close! He did a great job showing us everything we were interested in seeing and giving helpful suggestions of alternative options. His customer service was excellent and he definitely made sure we found our perfect sofa.

What a beautiful showroom in Chiswick! A really friendly team and gorgeous ranges. I don’t know who arranged the interiors but hats off to them. Highly recommend a visit. Will pick up where I left off when back in London.
