I have shopped before a few times for flooring and insulation, this time I wanted some good looking artificial grass, I was greeted by Ben who talked me through qualities, products and fitting, he even tried to find my requirements from the reduced roll end stock. Stumbled across this business whilst on Facebook and have to say I was so impressed with their customer service. Ben was so helpful and answered my many many questions. From picking our grass to delivery I encountered 0 problems, it was all so seamless. We absolutely love our grass and so glad we ordered from here. Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back when we move on to carpeting the house!

Very satisfied with my purchase from Flooring Outlet. Went to the store to view the carpets available and the staff were very helpful and helped me pick a carpet I liked the look of. We then chose a date for it to be delivered and fitted and I was kept in contact with to make sure everything was ok. Had the carpet down 2/3 week now and must say the quality is very good and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely buy from them again.

Good went s mooth and quick sale
I arrived unknown to what I wanted, and left with a great variety of options to choose from that fitted my budget. The Flooring Outlet wanted the best for my budget which was a nice change from experiences I have had with alternative suppliers previously, who seem only profit driven. Someone was sent out to measure at the earliest opportunity and every effort was made to accommodate my fitting date to when it suited me best. I could not be happier and could not recommend The Flooring Outlet high enough, so much so that I will be returning to purchase my kitchen floor from them!

Wanted some grey laminate but a certain thickness.Very patient when i couldnt decide which shade of grey i wanted. Recomended which underlay would be best with no pressure to purchase the more expensive one. Very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Prices are very reasonable . Had to go back for the edging half the price of a well known diy store. Thank you
