Absolutely fantastic service I explained what I wanted and within 10/15 minutes I was out of the door happy with the choice of carpet and the price ! Underlay and grippers done in one fell swoop. We bought the flooring to replace the kitchen but we had a leaking pipe which was not our fault so insurance was involved and had to wait for this to be resolved. This has been 7 months to fix as the kitchen units were damaged the flooring company kept the flooring in the warehouse for us until we were ready to have it layed. We have been very pleased to the company for the patience and keeping it for us very highly recommended.

Absolutely superb quality flooring . Excellent customer service from start to finish ! Extremely easy to order invoice sent straight away and an hour time slot given for the next day . Driver was on time . Carl the driver was extremely polite and helpful and ensured my flooring got into my flat in the best possible condition . The. Salesman knew exactly what we wanted and dealt with it immediately. Staff loaded up for us and we were away in no time. All in all a very efficient,polite and helpful team. Would highly recommend.
Called Late Saturday afternoon as they were close to closing. I chose the artificial grass I wanted. In the length required. Unfortunately it was not easily accessible as it was in the back of the warehouse. The two chaps made no fuss just called the warehouse staff to locate cut and bring though for me all rolled up and taped so all just dropped into my vehicle just fine. Great value and the lads was great to deal with very helpful. I am also a previous customer as I have also purchased a full house of carpets last year. 5 Stars keep up the good work.
I love my LVT flooring. Ben and James were really helpful in helping me choose the best option. I am a person that wants everything done yesterday Lol! It took just a week from start to finish.
