We purchased a fairly large quantity of flooring recently for my office and the team at the Flooring Outlet were incredibly professional and helpful and we honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Ben went through all the options and costs for us and the price was extremely reasonable. Our timeframe to get the work done by contractors was quite short and so Ben went out of his way to get us the particular flooring we wanted by the very same afternoon and the price was far better value than we had been quoted anywhere else. Great experience from start to finish. Wanted a carpet for stairs and landing. Lots of choice of carpets. I was given advice on measurements needed and when i went to choose the carpet amount needed was calculated quickly. A great price was provided including underlay, grippers and door plates. Carpet was fitted within a few days. All staff were polite and extremely helpful. Would recommend
