The flooring outlet is a great business. We ordered carpet and vinyl. They were helpful and honest in the shop. We weren't pushed to choose anything but allowed to look and ask for help if we needed it. We have recommended them to family members and would recommend to public to pay a visit . Flooring/worktop outlet customer service was 10/10! The staff are helpful friendly and also give you the best price they can! We had to refund an extra worktop which was a lot easy than anywhere else!

After picking myself up from the cost of worktops I was eventually able to to secure one at a much reduced cost from The Flooring Outlet. It is exactly the same quality from the same manufacturer advertised elsewhere suggedting a 7 to 10 day lead time and at 35 to 40% higher cost. As I wanted to get the job finished I picked up the same day. Excellent service and even better pricing.
