Items never arrived.
The flooring guys had our laminate flooring samples to us within only a few days of placing our order. We feel confident to make our full order in the next few weeks.
The process was easy and smooth. Any communications was responded in timely manner and all information provided was easy to understand.
Vincent was really helpful throughout the whole process. The product itself was really good and i am very happy with how it looks. It was only some of the packets were a bit faulty (uneven) along the sides, which meant having to go and get a replacement. Overall though, it looks fantastic and i would recommend the flooring guys to any of my friends or family.

Vincent went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the install. We are very pleased with the colour and quality of the product.
Very happy with the product, the service and the website (ease of ordering). The delivery was extremely expensive and not sure why, as I had a room full of furniture delivered for only $80, paid $300 odd for my flooring to be delivered. Very happy with the product so if you have a Ute or the time to go and pick up- do that and save yourself some dosh.
Once again, the help and the work provided by Vincent and the team has been great. A big thank you to you all 🙏🏻
