Overall it was a positive experience, with just two comments: 1) the driver told those $88 delivery fee we paid only includes the delivery itself, so we should unload the truck ourselves 2) the floor is no as stretch resistant as some flooring in Bunnings

Didn’t communicate the restocking fee; I understand it’s in the website at the very bottom, but as a major part of your terms and conditions of which the customer does not obtain a a formal terms and conditions contract for such a large purchase. the customer should be informed in person from the sales member that this is the case. I can’t not use all the planks now and a 20% restocking fee is just ridiculous. Would not recommend or purchase from you again. Very shady

We were very pleased with the end result. When receiving the natural vintage oak boards there was quite a variation in some of the boards and the team accomodated my request for specific positioning to ensure there weren’t clumps of darker panels. Impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail and willingness to ensure we were happy. I shopped around and these guys were very competitive with pricing.

The flooring guys were great to deal with & most importantly the product we purchased was good quality at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service

Vincent and his team has provided a satisfactory work for hybrid flooring installation for our home in Winston Hills. We didn't choose their in stock products but use QuickStep hybrid floors. Vincent accommodated our request to add more descriptions on their invoice as the QuickStep distributor has a strict requirement to be able to meet their warranty conditions. For the installation, they were not the cheapest for this reason but still very competitive price and provided very good quality of work. They also cleaned up when the work was done. Overall, very satisfactory experience and highly recommended.
