Great product and speedy delivery
I fully understand that it was through no fault of their own why there was a delay in the unit. However there was no communication explaining what was happening (unless I kept chasing) and even then, sometimes I never got a response. When it did arrive, it was in a good condition

The team was really great at keeping me updated . They always answered promptly. Delivery time was a little later than expected due to it being a pre-order . But all in all when everything came next day it was at my doorstep . Great service , great piece of machinery XDJ-RR thumbs up .
To long to arrive, my item was delayed
