Company as a whole is a load of rubbish had a debt added which wasnt mine. (got sorted a year later by a nice lady called safiriah oodiam) when i realised it was still on my account after a year is when i called to be spoke to like i was a child having a tantrum. Cant remember the ladies name but she kept saying what if bailiff’s came round what would you do. Rather then take note that at first i reported it as fraudulent. This is just one of many problems i have had they added 1500 on as i didnt give them my full rebate on my first year altho i called and got told i only needed to pay 50 percent of it. I still to this day dont understand how they can charge me for a voluntary payment as it is classed as in the contract. They readjusted all of my outgoings without consulting me first on one i wish was true was changed my electric bill to five pound a month. Cant wait to have the contract spent and done i think bankruptcy would of been easier then dealing with this company

Spoke to Creditfix staff Danusha she was very helpful and friendly gave clear instructions.

Nicola and Jacqui provided friendly extra help with my account. All the processes were made simple and stress free.

I spoke with Gary Mowat with regards to a payment I had missed due to various personal reasons. Gary was understanding asked if I was ok and if I had support at home. I called to request a change of payment date today and spoke to Zac, he was very helpful and responsive. Handled my request promptly and offered useful assistance and advice.

I spoke to Sarvesh today and he was extremely helpful. Creditfix has helped me so much with my IVA and I have just made my last payment. Everything has been so straightforward and easy. I was able to check today that my recurring payments are cancelled now and when would be the best time to look at improving my credit score.
