Heather was really helpful and provided the information and support that I needed and recommended I call to be transferred. I feel I could relax a little knowing this. Then I called at 1pm to be transferred as I was informed earlier in the day. The guy on the phone told me that I needed to go and speak to somebody else and then if I needed to, to ring back. I was on my lunch break and only had 30 minutes, and this used up my time, leading to me feeling worse than before. I wish more could be done online without the need to speak to a person on the phone, as I also have anxiety and am now very dubious about ringing again.

Monthly payments I could afford and not getting into more debt with interest. Siddiqua emailed my closure report today. She was very helpful, explained the closure process. My last payment after 6 years, very happy to have completed. If anyone is considering an IVA, talk to Creditfix, they really can help you.

I was scammed so my card was destroyed and I was sent a new one and I forgot to contact and give my new card number. Got a reminder and quickly contacted you. The hardest part about getting yourself into any form of Debt is admitting and coming to the realisation that you need help and assistance moving and looking forward. Credit fix so far have been excellent with me and with my IVA agreement I'm still early stages into it but they are always just a email or phone call away with any help or assistance you require. From simple things like updating personal details to any concerns or worries they are always happy to help. Its going to be a long journey and few years but with there help even now I can finally breath again. Just spoken to Danusha Changea advisor who assisted me and helped and resolved all my queries which I had l. I hope this journey continues to be a positive one. Thank you
