Absolute mess my IVA

The customer representative Daren, was impressively polite, listened intently to my questions and concerns and assisted by provided me with information to resolve the issue. He enquired if he could assist with any other questions or concerns I might have and was very helpful in explaining the answers, process and the procedures to my questions. I appreciate his time and effort, and how me made me feel valued as a customer.

Kathleen was really kind and helpful today after my payment hadn't gone through because my card details had changed. She asked after my financial situation at the moment and if I was managing okay with the monthly payments and reminded me that if my circumstances changed, I could call the company for advice. This company is very professional but also treats customers with respect and care. Thanks Kathleen for your help today x

Heather boggia was literally so understanding and put me at completely ease (thank you) I struggle with money and phone calls after I miss one call she was fantastic understanding and fair

I would like to highlight the excellent customer service Toni-Jayne Knox, offered me today. There was a slight misunderstanding, which was very quickly cleared up and the solution provided was one that I was happy with in light of what occurred. Extremely clear communication, and showcased a level of empathy that encouraged me to resolve the issue sooner rather than later.
