I'm only going to give a five star because of one person only and this person is name is Liam Littleson. if it was not for his few emails of help and advice , it would be a one Star. the other people I have tried to get help and advice from , people I cannot even pronounce there name , nor spell there name , are rude and they just don't care about your issues. it caused my anxiety, there are things they don't tell you when you sign for your IVA, mainly you can't sell your house as the in land revenue put a restriction on the property. but since I have paid it off and had a few emails from Liam it's made me feel a lot better in myself and he have really helped and answered my questions straight away, and I had not had to wait for weeks for a reply. I recently called as I was frustrated at not receiving my end of IVA certificate however, after speaking to Jayalakshmi Ramjeeawon (apologies if I have not spelt it correctly), she was very polite, attentive and immediately put me at ease and dealt with my issue. First class performance.

In an IVA for a few years and it's getting more difficult to actually speak to someone. Terrible misleading con artists. Do not sign up with them very helpful at the start until you sign up.

I spoke with Peter McKay at Creditfix he was a credit to the company so understanding and listened and helped me so much he took his time to understand the medical issues and other things that were causing a few problems but I’m very happy with out come thank you .

Avoid at all cost. I completed my 5 year IVA-never missed a payment, accepted payment increases etc-no issues at all. Everything was fine until I completed my IVA, then the issues started. You are supposed to receive your completion certificates within 6 months of completing your IVA. After 6 months, i still hadn't received mine and the non-stop chasing started. They then tried to tell me they were extending my IVA by another 6 months. I disputed this-the company then accepted they were at fault and it was an error on their behalf and sent an e-mail after my closure meeting confirming my IVA was complete. More than a month later and still no official documentation received. E-mails I received from them also seem to have disappeared (only ones with attachments as I never delete e-mails-very suspicious. Thankfully I always save the attachments seperately). I have made numerous calls, I have sent e-mails, I have lodged an official complaint and I have received no response. It's now got to the point where I have contacted the financial ombudsman and got a solicitor as they are preventing me from living my life without my closure documents. Update in response to your reply-I have complained via that method and never get a response. You just constantly trot out ‘this has been escalated.’ Sick of it. The ombudsman and solicitor will take over from this point anyways.

Hi finished iva 07.07.23 ,one of my creditors still contacting me every few months I tell credit fix about it they say we will sort it never have 😔😔
