Lovely bed were pleased with the purchase.

From start to finish it’s been a good experience, the website was easy to order and delivery arrived right on time and delivery was easy with two chaps taking all the boxes into our spare room ready for me to build.assembly took me a while but was relatively simple the instructions were clear ,well written and v easy to follow. Certain parts were already built which sped the process up. The quality of the finish furniture is brilliant and I’m really impressed with how well made it is and how god it looks. It’s sturdy and the paint finish is excellent. Most if all my little girl is delighted she’s been using her new bed for a while now and it’s been one of our best purchases for a while and I would hesitated to recommend to anyone else who wants something a little extra special and is willing to pay a tiny bit more for something which is better quality but should last for quite a while. We are very very pleased with our wardrobe, the quality is good and with the bespoke heart shaped handles it looks excellent. Plenty of space and I was happy that the bottom section arrived prebuilt which saved me time building it.

UPDATE AS OF 15 MAY 2023: I have heard nothing from The Children's Furniture Company in the past month, contrary to their automated response to my reviews. MY REVIEW POSTED IN APRIL: After 20 months and dozens of emails, TCFC has still not processed the refund they repeatedly promised me for furniture which was never delivered. The canned responses TCFC post to negative reviews on this site are worthless drivel. No one from the firm has contacted me, nothing has been done. They took nearly £1000 of my money in August 2021 and have delivered nothing.

Good kids bed I like the style and it looks really modern, very sturdy too it all arrived well packed and safely in 3 boxes. Prices I thought were ok and it was an painless transaction in the whole. Thanks

My girls really love this bed. We’ll made and solid we paid extra for assembly and they guys who built it were really friendly and it didn’t take them long but would have taken me ages.it’s better in real life than it looks online there a lot more space than I had anticipated which is great.

Happy with our Nevis bed

I like the ranges the have and their styles. We opted for one of the bed (can’t remember the name) it looks good and quality is very good too.

We got the Holly bed . Plus we added the under bed for sleepovers with friends. We’re happy with both parts of the bed and the service in general. It’s well built and was simple to put together. Condition was good and it is just as displayed online. Nothing the fault and good all round experience. Thx

Ordered a furniture set in September 2022, by February 2023 still no furniture- end of February requested a full refund. Company informed us the the refund was processed- all lies. Still no refund by second week of April. After several emails to the CFC we realised this company had effectively stolen our money and were not going to refund it. We then decided to get our bank involved who requested proof of the purchase and proof that we did not receive the goods. Sent all copies of communication between us and the CFC to our bank last week. This morning we got confirmation from our bank that the money has been returned to us. This company are a total sham, do not order from them and do not believe the positive review's, they are no doubt all fake. Lots of people have clearly had the same experience as us. If you have ordered furniture from this company, still not received the goods or the refund- good luck in getting it back. If you do want it back contact your bank, ensure you have all evidence of communication between yourself and the CFC. We also informed Action Fraud. The more people who do this the less people CFC will be able to con out of their money.

Excellent furniture which provides ample storage for my daughter. Quality is good and it’s very sturdy so will last a long time all being well

I really like this bed. My 8 year old daughter choose it as she liked the photo she saw online so she loves it but it is also quite good quality the paint finish is really good and it has a solid and firm feel. I took a star off as I had to chase delivery but within a day of my email I was contacted to arrange the delivery. We haven’t built the trundle yet but will do this soon as we have a sleepover planned

I am waiting for a refund for over £1000.00 since September. I keep getting the same emails about it’s with the accounts team but it’s all a lie. Further action has now been taken as we all need our money back.

I can highly recommend the Princess bed - it’s lovely!!!

Ideal for our box room. As a single bed it’s quite small so fits tightly into the space we have. The under bed storage drawer options are good so I may come back for some of these at a future date
