Good hi sleeper bed. Gives us a lot more space in the room as there’s plenty of usable space under the sleeping frame. Son likes sleeping up high, it feels very solid and I have no issues with it. It was quite expensive but once it’s set up you can see why.
Lovely bed purchased for my 4 year old daughter as her first proper bed. We’re really pleased with it. It looks just as advertised and is a great first bed which should last us a good few years. Everything arrived on time and in immaculate condition thanks to some very secure packaging. Easy to build it we had it up and ready to go in about 30 mins. Feels so solid and secure, really very happy with it. Thanks
Quality wardrobe, just the right size for the room. The bottom drawer is a good use of space and it looks so stylish too. I would have liked a second hanging rail but perfect good as it is. We’ll built and very sturdy. Decent purchase and very satisfied.
My wife and I are delighted with our new furniture. The bed is fantastic quality and looks incredibly good now we’ve built it. The assemble was very easy with out a couple of steps requiring both of us and the boxes made for a couple colouring play house while we made it! We liked the style as it doesn’t have any screws showing plus the design we thought wouldn’t date as he gets older. It was a little more expensive than some other options we were looking at but once it arrived we could see why. Overall we’re very pleased and would hesitate to make another purchase from yourselves
We purchased the Princess bed having seen it at a friends house. It’s just as good as the images show it to be on the website. What you don’t get a sense of looking at the photos is just how well made it is. It feels like how beds used to be made with sturdy wooden parts coated with a lush paint . It’s just a delicious bed and we think it’s worth every penny. ❤️

I ordered nursery furniture through the website, a total of £800. After 4 weeks with no update on my order, I contacted TCFC to get an update. I was informed that they would contact the manufacturer direct to find out if my order could be fulfilled, as they weren’t sure. 4days later, I asked if they had any luck and if my order would actually go ahead - as the money had been taken. Two days later I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. I was advised this would take 10 working days. 4 weeks later, still no refund! I think it’s disgusting that they are so quick to take your money, even when a product is not available!!!
Great chest, but harder to build than I had expected. Suggest u leave about 2 hours to build. But exactly as pictured and looks good alongside other furniture as already have in the room, very stylish . Happy to award full marks
This is a reply to your response below to Sarah We’ve been in contact with you for last two months and you haven't given my refund back and we have read your reviews which are awful and very similar if not the same situations to ours - if we had read the reviews before placing the orders we wouldn't have gone near you with a barge pole. Your 5 star reviews are fake and the fact it’s taken for me to expose you on here to get a reply says it all. We have written to Next and warned them. We will be going through my credit card company as clearly you will be doing nothing about it.

Fantastic Desk! It’s perfect for a teen for both studying and gaming. The desk itself is lovely and large with plenty of surface space to spread out homework on. My son also has his PS set up with the monitor in the hutch so he gets dual usage from it. The cupboard on the side is also really handy for storing all his books . We actually use the bottom draw for underwear as he needs so much space for his clothes nowadays. I paid a little more than have it assembled which I think was well worth it. Quality is good and I’d expect use to get use right the way through GCSEs and a levels. Brill!
A good purchase from start to finish. The website is easy to use and simple to place an order, the contact from their delivery company was efficient, we also had a call from the driver on the day and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Professional drivers and everything arrived exactly as ordered. Building was a breeze and took me about 20 mins , from the moment I opened the first box I could tell that it was a good bed. High spec materials and fixings. Looks very impressive too once set up. Overall an excellent buy and would recommend.
An absolutely terrible company. I ordered a bookshelf on 6th March 2022, it arrived November 2022. No apology. It arrived very damaged. The company would not commit to replacement so I opted to accept a small partial refund which didn't compensate the damage. Still 5 months later no partial refund. They are adamant they have given the partial refund but I definitely haven't received it. Appalling customer services. Company who will sell damaged goods and refuse tor resolve the problem. This has been going on for over a year.
The childrens furniture company were great with my recent order. All the goods turned up quickly and in good nick. I did have a minor issue with one part and this was sorted for me within days. Good service and helpful. I will most certainly use them again in the future for my other son and would be happy to recommend.
Ordered a bed with a trundle, only after ordering I discovered that the trundle will take multiple weeks to arrive. TCFC agreed to a full refund as I cancelled the order immediately. This was two months ago, and despite chasing them several times, and being told 'it's coming', I have yet to get my money back. Having seen the other reviews that say the same, I wish I had never ordered from them! I am going to have to get the bank to issue the refund as I have no confidence that this company has any intention of refunding my money. AVOID!

Scam alert! I will be reporting this company to the police as a scam. I ordered a bed for my daughter in August 2022, and was told it would take 8 - 10 weeks to deliver. After waiting for it for two months they told me it would take another 8 - 10 weeks to arrive, but offered me to cancel my order if I wanted to. I said yes to this. It has now been more than 6 months since I cancelled the order and they have still not paid back the money, despite promising to do so 'within days' over and over again. I have sent them over 20 emails. They don't even make up an excuse, but just keep blaming that their accounts department 'has not gotten back to them' and they have several times claimed that they have lost my bank details. I will be alerting about this company in all channels I can find - please stay away from this company. Hopefully the police can deal with them in a swift manner
I opted for the Princess bed. It is as lovely as it looks in all the pictures . The design is definitely fairy tale but also looks unite grown up so it will still work when my little girl is a but older. Delivered in Spotless condition every part was well packed in thick cardboard boxes. Delivery was arranged as planned and we got a call from the driver about 30 mins before they arrived. Fantastic product and service very pleased indeed.

Very sturdy bed. My 7 year old likes it very much. Took a while to put together there was a slight defect on the paintwork of the product but not very visible and nothing that i was willing to dismantle and return as it is still in good working order. All round a very good bed, good quality and well built.
