Fraud. Scammers. Cheaters. Took two payments of £184 from me then said I was ineligible for a refund so had to go through my bank to get this. Booked me a test for stevenage test centre when that was not my preferred centre. Never sent an email about this to had to find out when logging into DVSA and cancel it myself. Terrible customer service, don't answer the phone and take days to respond to emails. Paid for the highest package and got 0 service. Do not buy from these people they are scammers who will use your license details and also have no way to cancel.
4 hours notice of a test! No response by email when we contacted them to say we can’t make it. Still no response! £125 wasted. Now we need to pay for the test again too. Extremely disappointed
Paid £117 highest priority search. They sent tests for one day only, which I declined because day and time not possible. Now one week still no more offers. Emails back and forth complaining about it, and no tests still. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Do the service you have been paid and well for. Not much to ask is it?

This test ultimately is good but the problem is when you have cancelled the booking they didn't back your money and they did not find another test pls Don't cancel your test
Signed up and in 20 minutes I had a test for 2 weeks time at the centre I requested in Surrey. It works and so excited as I could only get August on the Gov site. Now I need to pass. Fingers crossed. Also after i confirmed I wanted the test it was the next day I got confirmation so don’t panic! Absolutely brilliant service big thank you
I got the autobook plus package late, about a week before my test and got a test at my preferred centre within just a few days, which I passed today, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Passwords and logins don’t work even though correct ,even an email reset I didn’t receive,no one answers phone £55 for this rubbish ,shame I’ve a list of learners desperate for a decent cancellation company ,is it asking too much to speak to someone?
Had my doubts at the beginning - bought the basic plan and a few weeks later I had a test! Hopefully I pass!
Hi, it’s been really great finding this. Had a student use it, passed in the information and so far so good. Different packages to choose from. Works better and faster than the others. 7 have used it so far with more using once theory test is completed. Happy days
I was trying to get an early date, they deducted £213 from my card and sent me a dodgy email with fake reference number. After sending them numerous emails about fake booking details, they said refund is not possible. Got this message Thank you for your patience as our team looked into this for you It is not possible to receive a refund. Cheaters

Took my money. Never booked a test. When I asked for a refund booked a test 4 hours away I could not make without my consent when I had indicated that I wanted a different test centre. They are committing fraud. Do not use.
They didn't give preferred test centre for 4 week. Keep sending fake email to book the test but when actually login to their app no test available. How is it possible that you received an email and at same time test is not available. They didn't give me any test also took my original test booking which was booked for march2025.
I am driver instructor I registered as I try to find a test my pupils, they scam me £100 in 3 weeks I am still waiting to get answers to get the refund if it’s possible no response 3 weeks. They are big scammers never trust at all I will never recommend you at all

The first time I used this service it was perfect. However I needed to sign up again and this time I'm not able to accept or decline any tests, no answer on the phone and no reply to any e-mails. I am very stuck and not sure where to go to have this resolved! PLEASE HELP Further to your reply, not every e-mail has been responded too and the issue is still not resolved. Please supply a phone number that will be answered or refund me and I will use a different service!
