A fast turnaround test date found at relatively short notice in a preferred test centre. The package is pricey and not as flexible as it should be in terms of changes allowed but does the job.

I was trying to find a test for 2 months and when I signed up they gave me a test in a day! A test which was perfect for me. Not only that they called me as I entered something slightly wrong and sorted it all out and made sure the test was perfect for me. Brilliant website, I’ve signed up to them all and this was the only one which found me a test!

Don’t recommend using their service or buying any subscription. I think it’s a scam like other reviewers also said. I will also raise an official complaint. by the way, I came across different availability options on dvsa or received message about availability from friends yet this company did not even notify me about a single option. They also make you book any test to start using their service and which a centre meant hours away to me. Anyway, I cancelled that test as well not wanting to have problem down the line. I personally think they stall lower price subscribers and make you wait and wait until you give up and probably pay for higher price subscriptions. Lastly, there is no telephone line or email (just a website form) if you want to discuss any issue. I didn’t realise this before. So avoid at all cost!
Fantastic service. Chose top package. And received a closer date almost immediately when nowhere else showed any availability. Got good communication via email and it was all very convenient and speedy
IT'S A SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Such companies need to be punished and ruined. They will steal your money and refuse to refund you when you're clearly eligible for it. They will use this tactic that they have found you a date and put it onto their system so it supports them but they won't contact you via email or text therefore you're left in the dark and miss the 3 week deadline. The 'money back guarantee' is utter crap, don't buy it. They are very calculated, they will scam some individuals and be genuine with others so it keeps them in business and thus have evidence of having clients having received a legit and satisfactory service.

SCAM DO NOT BUY I paid over £100 for this service expecting a professional and reliable service. However, I was met with an astonishing lack of service and accountability. I waited over 4 months for a test and they didn't offer any tests. Then when I wanted a refund for my money as they did not provide any driving tests whatsoever they refused to give me the money even though they did not give me anything at all and I didn't accept any tests. They have a hidden policy to make sure they keep your money no matter what. They'll offer all the customers the same tests available which almost everyone in the country can get, therefore makes it impossible and then they say they have offered you a test so they cannot give you a refund. Incredibly long wait times and scam artists trust me save your money because you will get scammed and be extremely disappointed . What's even more frustrating is that my numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service department have been met with silence. This lack of responsiveness, combined with their failure to deliver the service I paid for, paints a picture of a business that appears to have little regard for its customers. It is deeply troubling that a company would operate in such a way, taking money for a service they have failed to provide. It's a regrettable situation that leaves me questioning their business ethics and practices.
The service was Ok and I did receive an early test date. However I used this company last year when they operated via whatsapp and the service was so much more efficient and communicative, However they did deliver but fell down on the customer service side of things. No email address, everything done via their website so difficult to backtrack on communications.
Scumbags! Companies like Test Ultimate block book all available tests at DVSA so that there are no tests available to the public for months on end, they then charge almost FIVE TIMES what DVSA would normally charge if you were to book a test via their website with the assurances that they can secure you a test very quickly. Of course they can! because they have the monopoly at their disposal and therefore are in a position to rip off vulnerable people who are desperate to get a drivers license and spare no thought to the £100`s people end up paying to secure a test that DVSA charge a mere £62! They need to be reported to DVSA and stopped or it will be many years before booking driving tests ever returns to how they were pre-pandemic!
