I was offered 2 test date options within 24 hours of signing up. The first date was only one week away. It didn't work with my schedule so I refused the date and was offered another one (a month away) within a couple hours. I did choose the most expensive package, which I would recommend if you want a booking as soon as possible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service!
took ages to get a test. highest package and not many offers. when you do get an offer, you have to be super quick and thats impossible. if you miss an offer, they put your search on pause for no reason and even if the offer was active for 2 minutes. but not sure what else is out there. maybe the best of the worse
Will not give me a refund despite the policy of giving you a refund if you don’t get a test within 3 weeks. Apparently I violated one of the tiny bullet points, however they won’t tell me which t&c i violated. Don’t use
The worst company, they grab your money and you get nothing. They tell you go premium, they will look harder, you will get a text when they find you test. Rubbish. I got an email after paying premium on a Sunday eve for a Thursday test, I missed it when I emailed them why I didn't get a text as I paid premium to get texts, they said they cant text for short notice test. Don't use them. I can't reply to test ultimates reply, so I'm editing mine so I can add on. I was offered 3 tests on a Saturday one after the other, after telling them we can't do on a Saturday. I paid for premium but didn't get a text so when I went into the email which I recieved on Sunday for a test on Thursday to reply that I wanted the test I was offered it was gone. If I would have recieved a text which I paid extra for I would not have missed that test. The reason why we cancelled the Dvsa was because you were not finding us a test, so someone else managed within a couple of days. Can I write a reply to test ultimate reply. They are the biggest liars, they offered me 3 tests in total, 1 I missed because I wasn't quick enough. The other 2 were on Saturday so we couldn't take them. I did upgrade as you had advised but still got rubbish service. I am not the only one either who has had this experience. I paid someone else to get my daughter a test, they only take your money once they have a test for you. I got one within a week. Test ultimate still owe us our money for the service they didn't give.
When you spend your £120 with these scammers and they provide you with a date, a few hours later when you come back to them to confirm it (having to make arrangments with your instructor for a test), they take the slot away from you then 'pause' you account. A begging email later they reactivate it. The next time you get offered, you feel obliged to take the date, find the instructor is not available, try and cancel the slot and then are informed you are PERMANENTLY paused until you give them another £120. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Disgraceful!
They are bunch of thugs. I booked for their service and they didn't even look at it for 7 weeks and my test expired after which they informed that the booking reference is invalid and they refused to give me the refund even though they claim to provide refund if they are unable to find the desired booking date.

I’m really disappointed for this service. I’ve purchased Ultimate Package. I had to cancel the date because of my driving instructor will not be in London at the exam date. Even though I didn’t use any service, it’s not provided to keep searching new exam date for me. As I mentioned to customer service, I can rebook for a new test by DVSA. However, I can‘t pay any more money to The Ultimate again. It’s a huge amount. It doesn’t make sense to purchase this full package. Why haven’t I purchase Standard one then? I need your help. But Customer service said that you need to purchase again. Please help me about it! I’m losing time to get the exam because of waiting your help. Please help me to look for new date or refund!

WARNING!! SCAM ARTISTS AT WORK!! These despicable thieves un-ashamed to sell outright non-existent bogus lies, craftily offering me (and many others according to other reviews) an offer of say the next day, ensuring that I 'd definitely not take the test it being most probable so, and pronto! they have my money, after which, I never hear from them again, until I write to them asking what's going on, upon which they send me some contrived mix of codswallop and craftily organized, telling me, you've turned down the offer and therefore can't get your money back. Well obviously, what do you want, they purposely did that, knowing i will 99.99% not possibly take their test. what a bunch of of downright disgusting criminals!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED DON'T USE THESE CUNNING SNAKES!! **Update** *reply* from these scammers here on trust-pilot: "Hi Av, if you set your search in your account to search from the next day onwards, then you will receive those offers, if it is not a good date, you can update your search in your account to a later date. Rest assured we continue searching for a test for you until you are satisfied with the date you are offered. Regards, The Test Ultimate team" Look at how they're trying to twist and manipulate now. here they try to portray it as if it was ME who made the mistake by choosing a wrong date, writing that "if you set your search in your account to search from the next day onwards, then you will receive those offers." This outright lie of theirs is shameless. Apparently, if i set my date for the next day, I'd get "those offers" whatever that actually means. The problem is though, they don't send you ANY offers, not even "other offers", and not "those offers". What they do do is, write on your account page that you missed an offer and will start searching again, but the problem is, they never gave/give an offer, it is only there to try and fool you and others that you 'missed' an offer, when in fact it's all a bluff. In the beginning, I thought that maybe i was missing test offers because i wasn't constantly by the computer (in short i fell for their set-up), so i upgraded my package to getting sms texts for offers, which after updating and shelling out more chunks of your savings for these money grabbers, they sweetly inform you that "SMS notifications will be sent for all non short notice tests". Basically they try to fool you and manipulate you into giving them more and more of your money. when i originally didn't get tests i was informed by them to upgrade my package, which i did, ONLY due to the fact that i wasn't getting SHORT notice tests. but they only told me that the SMS upgrade didn't help for short notice, after i had already paid. in fact these brackets were only added in at some later stage. I'm not going to waste my time to debase all the garbage the replied here, as you can see for yourself with whom were dealing. In short, BEWARE!!
I have not been given a test and it has been 3 weeks with no offers at all. I am currently asking for a refund but they have not yet contacted me back. Please resolve this.
This company help me to get test 2 times before I paid ultimate that means I can have free retest package that they never offered I have paid 3 times , first 2 times they found me a test but this time I am waiting from September when they offering something and I try to book is gone, thy said they don’t want to give my money back that so unfair ,
They find 1 test and send it around to all their customers and of course when you try booking it it's not anymore available, don't use this company!!!
Awful. I joined and paid, put in the date parameters for desired test dates and heard nothing. After 6 weeks of hearing nothing, I found a test myself. How is it possible that they were supposed to get me dates at a certain test location within my requested dates but I heard nothing but was able to get myself an appointment during that time? What exactly do they do, other than let the clock run out on a search? What an amazing way to waste your money!
I used this company before and it was okay, so I came back to use it a second time round but wow, it was shocking beyond words! My theory license was expiring and I explained my particular situation numerous times to him, well tried to atleast! His customer service is awful and rude! Every email reply is just “it’s in the T&C’s”! Yes I understand, but I have a very particular situation and I wanted to know my options, but he gave me no chance to discuss with him. Mid conversation and as soon as the convo became ‘difficult’ on his side or I brought up money, he would leave it and never reply again. This happened many times. WHAT COWARDLY BEHAVIOUR! You would expect someone to care a little more about their customer service, especially to a returning customer and someone who has recommend people his way. Well trust me, that’s not happening anymore!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! He didn’t find me a test and I was on the system for about 2 months. Even though I warned him and told him my situation in advance, and clearly asked how the 3 week money back guarantee would work because my theory was expiring within that time, he never replied to that question, clearly to lure me in and then STEAL my MONEY! He refuses to give me my money back. YOU WILL NOT get your money back as he will always find a reason to not give it back or blame anything on the so called T&C’s. Trust me, save yourself some money and go use any other company that does the same thing, most likely way better than him, for 1/5 of the price - and if you don’t get your money back, at least you don’t lose what should be YOUR £120 or so back!
"Money back guarantee" + "No hidden fees" are two lies. Paid £60 for test ultimate who have done nothing for over a month, I've asked for a refund and they have guaranteed that I will not get my money back because of a hidden caveat to the guarantee. Use DrivingScout, I paid £14.99, they found a test within 2 working days.
Very bad company “Test Ultimate” I had to click one star to type they don’t even deserve one star they are so rude worst customer service ever. I emailed asked for refund as they didn’t find test in 3weeks they said we cant refund. In 3weeks if a test is not found you can get refund (Test Ultimate) is in terms and conditions also on the web page too. Totally disaster they didn’t refund ignored me. I said I want to speak with the manager. Test Ultimate doesn’t have a number to call from, you can only email or send a message on your account I email and send a message. Test Ultimate email back saying we don’t have manager and we can’t help with the refund we not giving. I have emailed messaged them several times yesterday and today asking for refund as is my right to get refund they didn’t give my money. Someone called me recently saying I’m the manager but not saying who he is, he said I’m not going to give my name his voice was shaking, scared to talk, not listening they are lying don’t believe and pay them money. Find different company not scammers like (Test Ultimate) what a shame.
