They don’t refund my payment!They have offered only 2 options in 35 days and only via email which were not available in very short time even though I asked for text notification.Have I paid 63£ for this level of service??? This is not acceptable. I paid for text service but have never received text! Therefore they haven't delivered your promise.
If they can't find u test simply they would not refund your money

I have the pro package, and although i do get offered multiple tests NONE are ever available. I have literally signed in within the same minute of recieving the email and its taken. This happens every single time i get offered a test. Starting to feel a bit sceptical about this app. Seems i just wasted my money
Quick service with purchasing the pro package at 11pm, got straight away a closer date that didn't suit me so I declined it, but next morning I got another date that was perfect. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you for finding me a closer date for my driving test.
They found me plenty of available test dates, and even when I had to turn down quite a few because they didn't fit in with my schedule, they kept finding me more.
This really feels like a scam…I’ve received cancellation notifications but when signing in to book the test the site shows it’s too late, even if I connect within seconds of the notification. This happened so many times, I figured that’s there way to make people pay for the pro, so that’s what I did, but the same thing, nothing changed, including no sms notifications. Even though it’s not possible to book like this (literally less then 10s from notification), the terrible costumer service won’t refund as “we’ve given you booking options”. Terrible! Stay away, and go for other apps.

Why bother waiting half a year to get your test when you just pay a small fee and get it within the next few days? Personal service to organise the most suitable date, time and location beats all other websites.
