I knew exactly which sofa and chairs I wanted to purchase. The staff member was very helpful and showed me the various leathers and wood colours. Luckily the sofa on display in your store was the exact model that I was looking for. I had already read on your website that the delivery of Stressless products could take 9 weeks. The man checked the availability and found that all 3 items were in stock at a Midlands depot. Even though I was happy to wait 9 weeks the very kind man was able to have all of my order delivered before Christmas.
I recently ordered a armchair on line. Obviously I cannot comment on the actual purchased item as this will not be delivered till June. However,I was very pleased with the website which was easy to navigate. It offered a good choice with a very good description on each item. Hopefully the armchair matches my expectations.

We visited the showroom and were helped by Dan who was knowledgeable and pointed out various furniture which he understood was of the type we were interested in We went home to consider the options which he had heped us with On our return a couple of days later Dan welcomed us back and we decided to order the furniture that we were very happy with. Great selection The store is bigger than expected. The range of sofas and chairs is excellent. The products are good quality and were a fair price. The salesmen are not too "pushy". I would recommend a visit to Taskers for good old fashioned service
From my initial phone enquiry to the actual delivery and siting of my furniture I have been delighted. I live a long way from Taskers and wasn’t able to visit their showroom but Paul B sent me a video and gave me all the details I needed. The lady on switchboard was very courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Taskers and would certainly buy from them again. The delivery guys couldn’t have been better.
my friend and i were greeted warmly and friendly. I was shown many variations and styles of electric reclining sofas. When I had chosen the style I liked the most I was then shown the swatches of fabrics I could choose from and I was then offered a tea or coffee to drink whilst making my selection and was then left to make my choices in my own time. I would not hesitate to recommend Taskers to any one as I have always found them pleasant and helpful without feeling I was being presurised into making a quick decision.

The salesman (can’t remember name) was excellent. Very good knowledge of products and good understanding of our wishes. Also very patient and helpful. The choice of manufacturers was excellent. We had intended looking at Taskers first and then visiting other stores. In fact we did not need to go elsewhere and made our purchase there and then. The suite will be delivered soon and I may then add to my review.
