They reduced the lead time down to 3 weeks. They turned up on time and took all the packaging away and were courteous.
The staff especially the lady we dealt with, she was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with, the whole experience was hassle free.

Wrong two seater was sent. It was quickly rectified. Otherwise all was very efficient.

The sales lady (apologies, I have forgotten her name) was really arretive as we explained our requirements for a new bed. She patiently guided us through the various choices until we settled for a nice bed with mattress. Top quality service and I would highly recommend them. We will be back for future purchases.
We ordered a settee/sofa from taskers the same as in store is the description given to the sales assistant we waited 16/17 weeks for the sofa to arrive when it came it was the wrong colour it was chocolate instead of a grey colour, obviously mistakes happen but there was no rush on their behalf for another one to be made it was going to be yet another 16 weeks because Alexander James a apparent British company only design in the UK but manufacturer in Thailand,also our scatter cushions were running 2 weeks behind the sofa/settee. Tasker decided we couldn't even keep the wrong sofa/settee till ours arrived even though we had got rid of ours to fit the new one they instead offers to loan some awful looking leather 2 seaters and have £150 back in compensation which only covered the cost of about 2 scatter cushions 🤣 laughable really having to wait 7 months for the correct sofa to arrive for that amount we decided we had enough the operations director Ivor I think his name was just didn't see the issue and even seemed annoyed when we were complaining we asked for a full refund and sent the settee back which they then tried charging us for a scratch on the foot stool which was covered the whole time it was in the house. Do not shop here

There was a wide range of quality furniture to choose from and our salesman, Daniel, knew just the right amount of help and advice to give. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa and chairs. Taskers will certainly be our go-to store in the future. Pat and Tom
Fantastic experience so far. We contacted Taskers to enquire the availability of certain stock as we were travelling from the lakes to view and try. We received a reply detailing and confirming the brands were available from Paul Barnett the Sales Manager. He met us the day of our visit. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Showed us all the various sofas in the range. I felt he answered our questions honestly. He didn’t hassle us in anyway. He left us to try out all the ranges we liked remaining in the background and making us very at ease. He was on hand and available with a wealth of knowledge when we made a choice. There is no hard sell here. We left having ordered and purchased a sofa and a footstool too. We now await the construction of our furniture and feel confident the process will continue to a successful delivery that we’re delighted with. To this point I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I have ordered my couches but they’re not due for delivery for a few weeks yet so I can’t comment on the product. However, the staff that I have dealt with have been very friendly & efficient. The prices were competitive & the delivery cheaper to Scotland than a local company! Looking forward to receiving my couches.
