We contacted Taskers on Sunday afternoon, we were in need of a single bed, and hoped that being a local firm we would recieve prompt delivery. The staff at Taskers, to name a few , Bernie, Emma, the delivery guys, sorry I can't remember all your names, were absolutely fantastic. They went above beyond and then a little bit more. thinking we were going Taskers of Liverpool we decided to travel to Accrington from Wigan disappointed no wallpaper department however decided to have a look around found the perfect table and chairs at a very reasonable price the service was excellent and their computers were down but they called a couple of days later and arranged a delivery they came on time assembled the table brought in the chairs the delivery guys were quick and efficient job done perfect service :)

Our sales adviser was Malcolm Pitts who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He made the experience enjoyable and easy, he was also very patient. Malcolm was friendly and not pushy in any way. Firstly the store is lovely and very easy to walk around and look at everything. I spent a while looking around before I was approached by a salesman. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the furniture I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. I have used this company before several times and have always been very satisfied with them.

Guided us round the store and was not pushy at all .. we had a terrible experience with scs and we were concerned .. we came away with a beautiful chair and a confidence in taskers! Placed the mattress order online with Taskers, who were offering the best price and free delivery, after choosing our mattress elsewhere. Ordering process was easy and efficient. Given a 4-6 week lead-in period and the mattress came into stock one day short of 4 weeks. Delivery was fixed up for two working days later. The delivery guys were really friendly and helpful. Taskers were a pleasure to deal with: friendly, efficient and keen to be of service. Very pleased with the service and the mattress.
