Merchandise arrived damaged. I’m going into a store to buy my lights the next time. Not a good experience for me.

I installed my dangling lights above my dinning table and 2 of them are crooked. They are tilting to one side and everything I have tried isn’t fixing it. I paid a lot of money for these lights just for them to be bent.

The company sent me the wrong item and are refusing to refund/return because I opened the box (website return policy is 14 days; shipping order says 7 days).

We ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in two boxes, which were taped together. Two bulbs arrived damaged because your boxes are flimsy and there was no packing around the bulbs to protect them and top box got smashed. Did not like that two boxes were totally taped together or that bulbs were just thrown in loose, in a flimsy boxes with no protection. It was very difficult to get customer service and took leaving 2 messages (never answered) and a third call.

Loved that product came so quickly. However, we expected it to be dimmable. It was not for our home workroom. The description should have stated rewiring is required as this product does not work in a non-commercial wiring facility. The dimmer required to make it dimmable is very expensive, plus the cost to rewire with a different standard not found in homes was also more then we wanted to spend. We chose to live with it as just a light without being able to dim it. I love the light it provides and love the look in the ceiling. If you sell the dimmer switch, you should refer to it in your description of light product so people know it is not your normal dimmer switch and see the price.

My order received damage during shipping. I reported this to Superior Lighting and they immediately sent for return shipping to pick up damaged lights and a couple days later I received the replacements. They are easy to install and look great!

Received the first order and it was perfect. Ordered another case and the bulbs were busted and they shipped a replacement order out quickly. (Not a reflection on the company as the delivery companies do not take care even when the package says fragile.) Anyhow I would order from this company again.
