As described and arrived the same week. Placed an order for Dar Via0746 wall lights on the Monday and they arrived Friday the same week. I phoned to check on progress on the Thursday and received a friendly answer saying they were on there way. Would be happy to use this company again.

Great price on ballast bypass t8 LEDs.

I did receive the item I ordered in a timely manner, unfortunately I thought this light had an electrical cord that I could plug into my outside wall outlet. When I did my search on the website, I specified that I was looking for a spotlight that I could plug into an outside outlet. I guess I should have read the description better. I did return it and am now waiting for a credit to be applied to my credit card for the return. I gave 5 stars because I received the light when specified and had no problem getting the authorization code to return it.

I happened upon Superior Lighting in a Google Search for Turtle Compliant Bulbs. This company knows their product! Ryan helped me choose which fixtures and bulbs would be best effective for our property, answered all of my questions, and followed up on the purchase. I have since ordered replacement bulbs and other supplies. Super fast shipping, EXCELLENT customer service and prompt response to my inquiries. I am very happy I found Superior Lighting.

I ordered an LED light for my garage. It wasn't too speedy getting the light delivered but delivery wasn't an issue for me. Packaging was fine but there are no wiring instructions included. They did include instructions for how to interact with the dimmer / or timer. However, the unit I bought had no timer on it. I sent the first one back as I could not make it work. I've installed plenty of light fixtures and other Garage LED 4ft lamps with success. They sent me another and same thing....didn't work, no wiring diagram and now...I've let too much time lapse and they will no longer honor a return. Customer service has been responsive but not helpful. Fixture affirmed to be made in China. I'm going elsewhere for replacement.

I run an art gallery dependent on proper lighting. I ordered 15 narrow spot lights that the clerk assured me were in stock. A week later the order (finally) arrived and they sent the wrong bulbs. So I called and their voice mail was full!! I called later and finally got a rep who said they did not have these bulbs in stock. So... someone lied and my gallery is half-dark. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS!

Purchased 15 led recessed light retrofit kits on clearance. One week passes and I inquired on shipping status. I was told my items were being replaced with different items, and that they were waiting on parts. The different items should ship in a few days. I cancelled the order. Bait and switch. They never asked if the different items met my approval or that shipping time is delayed. I lost two weeks in construction time waiting on the kits. Total waste of time.

I ordered lightbulbs from Superior Lighting and never recieved them. Fedex told me that they will not deliver to my address. I contacted Superior Lighting and they told me that it is between me and Fedex. This is still not resolved. At this point I am out the money, have not received the item, and have no ay to get the item from Fedex. Here is the text of the seller's refusal email: I am sorry but we cannot help you either. We have done everything on our end…you have to coordinate your delivery with fedex please. You might have to pick it up at their location now or call dispatch again. This is really between you and them at this point. If the item comes back to us we will refund you. Zev Herman

Halogen bulbs were well packed, all worked and product was a stated. Ordering was easy online and price was best available. Shipped quickly. This is my second purchase and it is easy to shop for lighting that is difficult to find in local stores.

There are bulbs in my office space that are covered in our lease, and those that are not. Those not covered cost $35 each, parts & labor. I buy them at Superior Lighting for about $6. Once I bought bulbs of the wrong color temperature. They were exchanged without question and the correct ones were shipped. I have been buying with them for 6 years, and plan to remain loyal. I'm going to outfit my home with LED floods, and I will get them from Superior Lighting!

Right place to get you lights and accessories like a exit light and emergency lights

The lights were exactly as advertised. But the packagaing was not good. One light bulb even came out of it's box and was rolling around the bottom of the packing box. Thankfully it was not broken.

I needed a really hard to find part for my theater lighting system. Just when I was about to give up and scrap the whole system, I came across Superior Lighting. Sure enough, they had the part I needed, in stock, and for a very reasonable price. It was shipped out the same day and arrived in perfect condition. My theater lighting system is now back up and running and it's all thanks to Superior Lighting. I couldn't be more satisfied!
