I ordered these bulbs for my kitchen to improve the brightness and change the "yellowish" color. I'm happy with the light color and brightness but am disappointed that they are not "instant on." They don't lag much but having "instant on" previously it's noticeably different.
I ordered a standard lamp which had a dent in the base,contacted them,no response,although up to then,they were really good with keeping me informed.I also ordered 2 ceiling lights which have only just been put up as we are in a new build.One of them was chipped when it was taken out of the box.I couldn't really be bothered to contact them.I won't be purchasing again

The product worked just fine. Looked exactly like the remaining globes. Even being plastic vs glass is not an issue. They did the best they could to get the product shipped out. There was a little delay but during the holidays, that can be forgiven and the globe was not hindering anything. Customer service was excellent.

Delivery got held up, but did not impact our particular situation. Interestingly, the box of 2ft bulbs came inside a much larger box with a lot of empty space. I suppose there's a reason.
