Never again. I ordered a specific LED one sided direct wire replacement bulb to match other bulbs that I already had. Without calling to ask or notifying me in any way of a change in the order they sent a totally different bulb. I am not just talking one bulb. I am talking 62 bulbs with a total sales value of $564.85. Not pocket change. When we went to install the bulbs we could not find the markings on the bulb for the one sided direct wire LED's that we had ordered. After calling the "customer service" people they advised that the one sided direct wire LED was no longer available so they just took it upon them selves to ship the two sided direct wire bulb instead. These will not work in the fixtures already wired for a one sided direct wire bulb without a total rewiring of the fixture. No credit offered for our time to change the wiring to make them work and now half of the fixtures will be wired different than the other half so God forbid any one happens to replace a bulb in a fixture wired for the other type of bulb. What a waste of time. If they had just called when the product we ordered was not available we could have gotten the correct bulb from a different supplier. It is not always about the almighty buck. Satisfied customers count too. Never again.

Great products. Great service. Finally I can get daylight color bulbs at a reasonable price. It is like restoring my vision. And, the beauty of the stone is incredible.

Ordered on 31 Oct 19 from GMA Deals & Steals promotion, lights.com processed my order on 04 Nov & received items on the 10th. Some items didn't perform as expected & some were falling apart. Wanted to return some items but was informed that there was a 7 day return policy from time of ORDER. I cannot find this policy anywhere. When I ordered these items, it was not posted that these items were a final sale purchase. I was under the impression that these items were promotional items not clearance items. No where on their website does lights.com cover or state a promotional return policy & nowhere on my packing slip does it state this order is final. Cloaking is unacceptable business practice.

Great lighting. Very even and bright. The electrician had a little trouble wiring - just not use to this kind.

They were awesome with replacing my original shipment that was damaged. Haven’t installed it yet since I got hurt in the interim but will Rate the light once installed. Looks great so far.

The lights came quickly and all worked well. Note - Be sure you have the right end plugged into the live power end otherwise the light won't work.

First time ordering from Superior Lighting but it will not be the last. Next need for lighting I will go straight to Superior Lighting.
