Refusal to pay attention to Financial ombudsman I made a complaint against Sunny, due to irresponsible lending, which was rejected by themselves but upheld by the Financial Ombudsman’s adjudicator, so now it goes on to an ombudsman. Sunny seen to be only stalling on something that could be sorted out very quickly

Take more time than could possibly be necessary to pay out refunds. They are obviously making interest on money that they owe me. Tried to contact me on here for details, but they obviously don't care enough to actually deal with the issue.

Unless you work for a company that is big enough to have a company account this company will string you along for 24 hours then say no avoid at all cost

Just be very careful using there service. Quick enough to lend you money that you cannot afford to pay back but when the ombudsman gets involved they take forever to get in contact with you. Just be very careful when borrowing as it can result in massive debt. I am waiting to receive a final offer from sunny as I put a complaint in against them. The FOS agreed but sunny didn’t and they offered me half of what I was entitled too. Just waiting back now. Just be careful to anyone using these crooks! Just waiting for my refund now from these. I’m not sure why it can take up to 30 days to give me what I am owed and entitled too. Quick enough giving the money in minutes but when you are owed from them 30 days! ***Update*** over 11 days now & still no refund in my Bank account. Double Checked all details that have been given and all ok. I presume they will take the full amount of time to refund! Be Warned people and read all the information giving before using this service! Second Update. Finally got my full refund off then which took over 2 weeks Can finally wash my hands with all this now. Be warned people using these crooks. Very very slow when they owe you money! Goodbye and good riddance.
