Update just looked and it is now 22 days since accepting offer and 17 since sending my bank details this company is a joke spoke to fos as went through them if money not it buy Friday then they are going to step back in

Very straight forward and money arrived in my account within minutes. Interest rate is extortionate, much like any of these payday loan companies, penalising and taking advantage of those that are struggling, if we weren't we wouldn't be borrowing money like this. However that's more an analysis of the credit system than a dig at Sunny themselves, it really was a wonderfully straight forward and easily accessible way to tide us over quickly.

SUNNY.... why the delay on paying money you owe to people that have had their complaints upheld by the ombudsman? I am 14 months from start to finish in my complaint for irresponsible lending. I have accepted a pathetic sum of money you have offered in order to end this fiasco. Funny that you can pay loans out in 10 mins but your refunds take forever. I accepted your offer 3 days ago and still no e mail asking for my bank details! To anyone thinking of putting in a complaint, be awareof the lengthy process and be prepared to jump through many hoops and have the patience of a saint. It’s time these company’s were shut down, I don’t know how they sleep at night. Do the right thing sunny and pay back all these refunds quicker. I’d rate 0 stars if I could. AVOID like the plague. Making the rich richer and the poor poorer!

I accepted the offer Sunny made after the Ombudsman ruled against their decision not to uphold my complaint and they offered an amount in line with the amounts I've taken out. Accepted the offer on 23/01/20 and send my details as a reply to their email but still no redress payment made. Also made them aware I’ve got other emergency payments to be made so could be done quicker!! Definitely shouldn’t take more than 3 -5 days especially when they have admitted to irresponsible lending. Also, whilst checking my review I can see Sunny have responded to all other people complaining after me but ignoring mine?!? Serious joke how long it takes...nearly 2 weeks in and still no sign of the redress payment

Really easy, reliable and thorough. I’ve not used a loan company before. These guys were excellent and a very decent and fair interest rate.

If I could give no stars then I would!! Avoid avoid avoid! A complaint was made by myself for irresponsible lending which they know they have done! A ridiculous offer to close outstanding balance is laughable. Over 30 loans with 3-4 running at the same time with lending new amounts every month and increasing this amount regularly! They do not check your credit file thoroughly and I have copies of the credit file which shows constant and worsening finances but that just carried on regardless. I have given you 48hrs to rectify this appalling outcome, as I am 100% sure that the outcome will be very different with FOS, not to mention your additional costs. Honestly be careful, quick enough to take your money and to be irresponsible lenders, but not so quick and honest to make the right decision when you had a chance to redeem yourselves. Let’s hope we can turn this review around, although sadly I feel you will continue to cause these problems for everyone in future.

I was contacted by the Ombudsman to say that I would receive a redress payment. Elevate emailed me on 05/02/20 requesting my bank details. I responded immediately. I then emailed them to ask when I could expect to receive the payment, several times, and have had no response. There was nothing on the email from Elevate or the Ombudsman stating a timescale. The are quick to put the loan into your account, and to take the monthly payment from your bank but they are holding onto their money when it comes to a redress payment.

One week I could get loans, the next I couldn't. I think it has something to do with me paying off my loans in full. Nothing has changed with my circumstances. They won't delete my account either, so they have all my perosnal details stored. Avoid this company.
