Quick, easy, can’t go wrong

I find it funny that if you apply for a loan it can be in your bank account within 1 hour. But when the company have made a mistake and accept a refund for you it takes so long for them to cough back up. It’s day 14 since they asked for my bank details (which they already have anyway) even though I’d accepted the offer they proposed which I agreed to on 21/01/20. In my opinion it shouldn’t take more than 3-5 working days especially when they have admitted to irresponsible lending. *edit* I only put this up 15 hours ago and somehow I’ve now got the money they owe me after this review 🤔🤣

Sunny made me an offer to settle an unaffordability complaint, which I accepted. I sent my bank details to them on 31/01. I’ve tried to contact customer services on a number of occasions to find out when the refund will be made. Unfortunately, I am in a financial plight so need the money urgently to settle bills. It’s extremely disappointing not to get a response. I also find it ironic I took out 49 loans and never had to wait more than a couple of hours for the monies to arrive in my bank account!

Straightforward application with a quick response.....money was in the bank before the end of the day.

Awful. Rejected a complaint I made about irresponsible lending, a FOS adjudicator then said they were wrong to do so and they should refund loans 4-37(!), again Sunny rejected and said would only refund loans 21-37. So I have had to refer to an Ombudsman for a Final decision give the huge gap between loans 4 and 21. All points to Sunny trying its best, perhaps by its own policy, to a make things difficult when they know they are in the wrong. Avoid.

Easy to apply no hidden costs, straightforward. Money was in my account within 15 minutes ... thank you Sunny!

Good a first, however very unhelpful if in financial difficulties. They refused to set up any sort of payment plans and the customer service is appalling. I feel let down as all other lenders have been helpful and friendly. Sunny states on it’s website it is an understanding company if hit upon hard times yet has been the exact opposite

So its day 28 of 28 to receive my refund and guess what? Still no refund!! This is absolutely shocking service from Sunny.co.uk My complaint has been successful, upheld by the FOS, agreed with Sunny and accepted on the 13th January. All of these negative reviews that Sunny recieve are definitely right, the fact that there have been so many, and so many successful claims against them says all you need to know about this irresponsible company. I will be taking my complaint further with the FOS. I will share this awful experience with 4000+ people on my social media. I will leave as many reviews as I can for as long as I can until this is resolved by Sunny.co.uk

Upon complaining about my previous payday loans, they rejected the claim. Saying they lended responsibly, it is clear that they did not and have not investigated properly. I was young and taking loans out every month, which should have been an indication, further stated no costs. Finally other payday loans have paid out in full however sunny seems to be different and doesnt want to admit responsibility
