The computer was purchased for my grandson, It arrived a day early which was good, He says it is excellent.good quality, had no problem installing software on it. the graphics are good, he is getting good results from games as is old pc would not play them.he is getting frame rates on games that he was expecting, overall it's a good gaming machine. His youngest brother will probably be getting one near the end of the year as he is due an upgrade. would definately recommend stormforce to any one who is thinking of upgrading their computers.
Bought as a Xmas present. Worked for 10 minutes then broke. Service centre were helpful but pc had to be returned. Wouldn't exchange pc tower only as part of a package so had to opt for repair. Hard drive and RAM had to be replaced. Postage is good maybe because done by DPD. Customer service was terrible. Not a single apology and communication was terrible. I'm sure had the pc been OK and my only contact been with the service desk I would have rated much higher. Very disappointed not only because this was a xmas present but because I chose stormforce on the back of their star rating online.

We ordered a PC ,Monitor and a bundlefor my grandaughters 14th birthday. They all arrived in one large box but the cable supplied with the monitor wasn't compatible with the PC. We contacted Storm Force by phone and were offered a suitable cable as a gesture of goodwill, this we accepted but wanted to speak to someone in management to complain that what had been sent hadn't been checked before being sent. This is when it really went wrong, a booking has to be made before any interaction can take place with the management and this can take up to 24 hours. In our case it took less and we received an email pointing out that we ordered three separate items and as such it was more or less our fault that some parts of it didn't match, To stop this happening again they are going to update their terms and conditions to make sure that it definitely isn't their fault. Totally yhe wrong approach but it does fit in with their approach to customer service.The front line staff do a great job but the management seem to have a fuhrer bunker mentality, caveat emptor us not a great marketing strategy

Ordered a bundle containing a PC, Keyboard, headset and mouse: Also on same order bought a monitor. The cable supplied with the monitor was not compatible with the PC. Upon phoning customer services a very rude woman said it was our fault as we hadn’t bought all the items as a bundle. Doesn’t take a genius to work out that as they were all on the same order that they will be used together. I would expect a ‘professional’ gaming company to check that it can all be set up for use together seen as it was sent out all in the same box and on the same order or at least query with us before shipping. Apparently this is all too much and the fact it ruined my daughters 14th birthday is of no interest to these people. She had arranged to play online with her friends 200 miles away as we have just moved away. There was no customer service just a person trained to bat customers away and not admit any kind of fault or at least agree that it was a tad ridiculous. I am not a computer expert if it doesn’t say to check what lead I need when ordering a monitor then Im not going ti know am ?, I but you do ..and all of this upset could have been avoided by taking a bit more interest in your customers orders. I also asked to speak to a Manager and was told no and when I asked why she said because I said so ..(lol) When asked for an actual reason I was told she need 24hrs .. how ridiculous.. I work in the NHS if I said that to a patients family I’d be sacked. Was also informed that they would send the cable as a ‘gesture of good will’ .. and that if I accepted it I couldn’t then speak to the manger or complain further. Very disappointing and if it wasn’t for my daughter’s birthday I’d be sending it straight back and buying elsewhere from a company that values it customers. My 16yr old son is also a gamer and on a gaming and vfx course at college .. he was interested to see what products he might buy for his next PC set up he’s looking for a custom set up .. he won’t be buying it from you. My brother is a semi professional gamer who builds his own set up he travels to various countries to play .. he’s none too impressed either ..
