Amazing gaming pc

I've had a PC from Storm Force for around two years and unfortunately the PC stopped working a few months ago and just wouldn't turn on. I spoke with Storm Force who arranged packaging to be sent to me so I could send the PC back for repairs as it was still under warranty. Unfortunately DPD ended up losing the PC, at this point I feared the worst and didn't expect to see the PC again. However the customer service by Storm force was exceptional, they chased this up with DPD and kept me updated throughout. Vicki at Storm Force was great as she kept me updated every day through email or phone. The PC was eventually found at a DPD depot and a panel had been damaged. Once Storm Force received the PC they replaced the panel as well fixing the original issue within a day and arranged for the PC to be personally delivered by one of their managers as I didn't trust DPD at this point. The computer has been working fine since being repaired and I would highly recommend Storm Force gaming.

We purchased a PC from this company, a number of years ago. The PSU became extremely noisy on Monday. Its a major PC which was out of action but their customer service was 2nd to none. Speedy delivery of a new PSU meant this PC was only out of action for 1 day. Wont hesitate to buy a new PC from this company when this one dies! Thank you

Ordered a new desktop PC and received it within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, it was shipped with an inferior processor to what was specified for in the order. While the customer service was responsive, for the price paid for the PC a mistake like that on a critical component shouldn't happen. People unfamiliar with PCs would likely have never checked or noticed the discrepency. They did make it right by sending the PC back and replacing the incorrect part, unfortunately this keeps them from getting full marks. The build quality is excellent and it runs like a champ. I would use them again in the future and the error would not discourage me, given that it was corrected with relative speed.

ordered a computer from stormforce - had a fault within two days - company dealt with return and replacement quickly - and new computer arrived within a week. Communication with service team was very good and l was kept informed throughout the process

I do definitely recommend THEM! If you need a decent gaming rig or a professional workstation, you should check what Stormforce can offer you. It's the second rig I bought from them through several years. If you compare part prices to the average market prices, Stormforce provides a reasonable valuation. And you don't have to assemble your rig by yourself.

Quick delivery, well packaged and I'm impressed with how neat the build is. I think the price for the spec was very competitive too. It's my son's and he says it runs everything incredibly well. When I'm looking to buy a new pc for myself I'll definitely use Stormforce again.

I’ve been very happy with the stormforce. Play made me my 3080.10 900 K machine. Had the machine for just over a year gave him a call because I was getting the machine shutting down to blue screen. They a very quick answering my email and phone calls overall they give an excellent service. Got me up and running in no time.

I ordered my PC via another retailer, it arrived and was set up immediately. Upon turning on the computer, I noticed one of the front RGB fans wasn't spinning. Less than 24 hours later and the amazing support team helped me get it fixed. Wonderful support team, very friendly, patient and understanding, and excellent computer too! Thank for you getting my Stormforce Crystal back to full potential! Highly recommend!

well this is my last review on this computer, iv tried to sort the problems out but its not a good gaming computer at all. nothing but slow and does not load fast enough for a gaming computer. its even been back to storm force and they say its ok. dodgy mother board that bends from a cable which is not under the guarantee??| i say its a bag of **** and spend your money else where. I'm selling it for a £100 to a lady who just needs to go on the inter net. even then she will have issues.im pissed iv wasted a lot of money on this. so dont bother.
