My sons hdmi port stopped working I emailed stormforce and they quickly and efficiently arranged collection including delivering additional packaging fixed the issue and arranged to have the system returned if only every company repair team were this efficient!

Great communication and product

Just bought the Stormforce Crystal Ryzen 5 16GB 500GB 1TB RTX3080 Gaming PC and I can say that it runs pretty much everything without a single problem. Playing in 4k with ray-tracing and Ultra graphics enabled on all games is such a treat! I recommend getting a 144Hz monitor to take full advantage of this gaming PC. Great job Stormforce!

My second purchase of a Stormforce Gaming PC, the first being for my 12 year old son, a couple of years ago. It is absolutely amazing, especially in comparison to the laptop I was using for Fortnite! I am a single father that has acquired a disability that stops me from doing many things. However, through my son who is home schooled on a Stormforce as well as an avid gamer, has tried to introduce me to many a game on his PC for social inclusion with him, as few of his online friends can be a little annoying at times. Thus introducing his dad who albeit suffers severely with any kind of visual motion. However, it appears that I am not affected to the one game I have always dreaded ever being produced. Now that I have a Stormforce too, I am not such a let down when it comes to glitch free game play. The speed, smoothness and graphic quality is phenomenal, so much so we both celebrated our first Duo Stormforce Fortnite Battle Royale win with a chippy treat. A special shout out and thank you to Vicky at Stormforce, whom had no idea that her supportive and professional manner in dealing with a query regards both our PC's, was so comforting for me and appreciated, as my disability tends to create neural blockages, wherein I can't focus on my speech. But fluently I spoke and patient she was too. Thanks to Joe too for sorting out my son's PC. After the customer service received, I can truly tell you, that for any tech purchase in regards to PC's, I'll be heading to Stormforce. Thanks again. Laurence Goodbody

This is my 3rd computer from Stormforce (for my children) and as usual the service is excellent, I received my new computer on time and very well boxed, this computer is brilliant, it handles games like Red Dead 2 and Valorant with ease even though the games automatically go into maximum graphic settings, Even whilst playing games like Red Dead 2 it still handles multitasking with ease. Would i recommend this PC, definitely, would i recommend Stormforce, Absolutely

Ordered 2 of the same pc both working great only issue is the cases have difference one with glass side one with plastic minor detail but other then that they are working great

I contacted Stormforce due to a fault that developed on my son's PC which is covered by a 3 year warranty. The service was fantastic! They quickly organised for collection of the PC which was collected the following day, once repaired I received an email informing me of what had been corrected and when it would be returned to me. The staff that I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, even when we set the PC back up we had technical issue, I rang them straight up, and once again a fantastic service! We were given support over the phone to resolve the issue and we were up and running quickly! Definitely recommend Stormforce for their excellent customer service and repair service.
