Fantastic service. I wanted to upgrade my Zwift experience from using my Android phone linked to a monitor to something with better graphics. I did some research and found Stormforce online. The whole experience was perfect. PC arrived the next day, was unpacked and plugged in within a few minutes. Everything worked without issue, there were a few Windows updates, as you’d expect, which took a few minutes to install, but it was soon up and running.

This is my first time using Stormforce Gaming after previously getting my PC's from another online custom PC builder, but after comparing against components and value for money decided to give Stormforce a try due to their selection of matching components (mainly Corsair/Asus), rather than the lottery of components that is often experienced from other builders. So far I'm very impressed by the build quality, great cable management, sensible layout of components, and extremely quiet despite a 7 fan case configuration with the AIO on the Prism Extreme custom build. I like the addition of the included rear case fan on the Corsair 5000X case, even though it was shown in the advertising pics on the website it wasn't explicitly listed in the case description, so that was a nice surprise! Delivery was well packaged with expanding foam packing, everything stayed in place in transit. Hopefully I won't have to use the included 3yr collect and return warranty either!

So I ordered the Stormforce Prism i9 32GB 1TB RTX3090 Gaming PC through Argos in October and the problems I had were ridiculous and I paid £3500 1. Argos had it listed as a 12th gen, it was 11th, this was the fault of Argos though. 2. I had to send it back because it was restarting restarting under heavy load they sent me a new one and the same thing was happening so I had to upgrade the PCU. 3. I have upgraded it recently to a 12th gen I9 which cost me over 1000 as I had to change the motherboard as well. I would have got a refund but I was ill at the time, and considering they couldn’t do something as simple as changing the PCU, I decided to just fix it myself, so the pc didn’t cost me 3500 it cost me about 4500, so do your self a favour and build your own.
