Easy to deal with, delivery was fast and slick and price was ok. Product was advertised as refurbished-good. But Battery was completely dead (Macbook air) so I had to buy a new battery. When fitting the new battery it was clear from the dust inside the Macbook that it hadn't been opened or cleaned which makes me question what they actually do when refurbishing-so worth baring that in mind. Despite this, I now have a functioning Macbook with a new battery for around £250 which i'm happy with.

Right it said it was professionally refurbished I understood it would come with some marks and what not since it wasnt brand new but in the description it said it has been fixed by professionals but if it had then why would the stick on the controller be sticking to one side and stick drift, if it said it had this problem with it i would have never purchased it because the reason i was buying another one was because it has the same issues with the one i have just brought and now i feel like ive wasted my money

Very bad company, I ordered a mobile phone from them since 19th January and unfortunately the DPD driver delivered my parcel else where, StockMustGo informed me that they will investigate with DPD. This investigation was concluded on DPDs end as I spoke to them and they informed me stockmustgo will receive money from them in order to refund me. However even now I am still yet to get my refund from stockmustgo meaning they have stole my refund money. I have tried to contact them numerous times and I kept getting told that the order is being investigated by police etc. but it is blatant they have stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. AVOID! Disgusting company, i bought a microsoft surface pro and an xbox series x which were both sold to me in faulty condition! They refused to issue a refund to me which then left me £980 down and two faulty items absolutely furious

Do not buy anything from these people they are a total waste of space will not correct an order even though they have sent wrong goods for a birthday present stating they don't and never sold a x box controller even though they sold me a xbox console with controller what a joke of a company clearly they buy cheap goods and just sell them on without refurbishment So an update although I was promised a new controller they have sent back the old used no good for the xbox controller and now they are saying it's the new one what an absolute joke of a company you couldn't make this up if you tried BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT A COMPANY ANYONE SHOULD DEAL WITH 10 MAY 2024 Update again the controller that has been sent is the original controller that you claimed you didn't send and don't sell even though it is on your website and now claiming you have sent a acceptable replacement when you haven't I can't believe your trying to get out of replacing a £40 controller this company is a complete joke and have no idea of customer service all they do is lie lie lie please do not waste any money on this company they are not trusted

**Edit** Have managed to get a satisfactory reply for now on Facebook Messenger. They will refund when I send the controller back & sent free postage label. Dropped one star as not happy I had to pay postage on first return, but will update again when its all fully sorted & I have refund. "Xbox Controller" Item became faulty under 1 year warranty & had to return (At my own cost £5.02 to cover it) They sent a replacement that had a worse fault than the original, Have tried contact on Phone/ email with no luck. Sent message on Facebook & received a generic copy/paste response which did not help, telling me to create a return but no option for a refund of item just another replacement which I don't want as I have had to buy another from elsewhere now for my Grandson. Shocking that you can't speak with anyone. Do not recommend & will not use again. Can someone please contact me to resolve this please ?

Try to avoid buying from them. I paid over £1,200 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB and only got the accessories bundle without the phone. For more than a month I keep trying to talk to them and absolutely nothing is resolved. They don't care or try to fix the problem. I am disgusted by the whole situation and lost money so easily…
