Refurbished phone from Amazon arrived locked to Vodaphone. Easy to fix with a network unlock code but I can't get hold of anyone to help me. Would prefer not to return the phone for refund. Seems wasteful.

The Laptop that was sent was in good condition and arrived safely packed. However it was not as advertised and only had 8Gb ram when it was advertised as 16Gb ram. Not a big issue if they send through the extra ram that I am happy to install. At which point I would change my rating. Update: Company contacted me the very next day and refunded me appropriately to purchase the extra ram that I would need. Excellent customer service. Even given this minor issue I would still use this company again. Thank you.
