The item I bought that was pictured in the listing was a Black and Gold PVC leather gaming chair, the item I received was the black fabric version and this included the wrong instruction manual for the chair and a mix and-match of both chair's parts. I probably won't send it back due to how long it will take but I do wish I had bought elsewhere now and I hope you can understand why I feel a bit ripped off. The actual condition of the chair and pricing is excellent, but I do think it would've been better value for money to pay RRP and get the chair I ordered instead. Was able to build it in the end just by guessing but not worth the stress involved at all. EDIT : I received a response to my email really quickly and it was nice to speak to an advisor who understood where I was coming from and offered a nice resolution. My issue with the order would have been a very rare error and I do still think that the prices for their products are really good and the chair I have received is very useable. Thanks guys!
