There is bit of heating issue with the laptop i bought recently. The laptop is covered with stickers so no signs of scratches. I am ignoring the physical looks and just focusing on the performance. Hence 4 stars for this price.

I bought airpods, they were close to £170 on stock must go, a quick search on Amazon and the same exact ones, we're down to £40 in pristine refurbished condition, so in theory you're 4 times more expensive. I'm severely disappointed by this.

Initially not expecting too much for £99 (with free delivery), I thought the machine's disk drive was internally damaged because Fifa 24 wouldn't load... which is the only game my son cares about. Turns out the Xbox, reset to factory conditions prior to delivery, needed a lot of updates and patches. The update window popped up just before I was about to shut it down for the final time and return it to SMG. SMG's response when I had emailed to ask about returning the machine was prompt and professional. Return would have been free and simply arranged via the post office, or a free collection from my house. Thankfully that wasn't necessary, as after stepping through all of those update processes (including updates to the controller and the Windows Store), everything works as good as new. There were some minor signs of wear & tear to the outside, but that's to be expected for a refurbished machine. The controller they sent is probably new, which is £35 - £40 of anyone's money without costing in the xbox. The mechanics sound superb. There is no noise from the machine at all unless the disk drive is spinning up or the cooling fan is on. Very happy and will definitely use again. Well done SMG.
