Terrible.. wouldn't order a hamster cage from you ! . Still haven't received my controller or a refund. After receiving a Xbox controller that was faulty. Absolutely shocking. Since May 17th still not resolved. Rip off . Edit... 26th June 2024. After weeks of no refund or another controller a day after I wrote this review. I had the email to say the new controller will be sent out. Revived today. Still woulnt buy from here .

I bought a phone through backmarket.com fulfilled by Stock Must Go. Backmarket specify a 'Good' condition handset will have NO marks on the screen, but the handset I received had a deep 1cm long scratch right in the middle of the screen. Appalling. Update: The replacement handset has arrived! No kidding it's worse than the first one.
Bought a Sony wh1000xm4. Product came tattered. The earbuds was chewed into and the left earbud literally doesn't hold battery life.. 10 mins for 100 to 5%

I ordered a controller through these guys and it was meant to be refurnished in working order but when I plugged it in to play, I instantly experienced stick drift, I then sent the controller back for a replacement and I've not had any updates since it got collected
Order a mobile via website and it arrived the very next day. Website said mobile was in good condition as it was refurbished but to be honest it looked brand new, I'm Super Happy with my purchase and will be using Stock Must Go again and I have already recommended them to family and friends. 10/10 in my opinion, hugh thanks to the company and their great deals 🙌
