Great service from start to finish
Arrived promptly. They are a gift do not tried them. I was disappointed at the box. It was just a plain cardboard box. I didn't realise it would be in plain cardboard. They are for my husband so he will understand but you couldn't buy them for anyone else really. The price was good I think. I'm not used to buying these things. They do look new though. Although I think k I may have bought childrens as they look smaller than anticipated. Unfortunately I've had to amend this review as the headphones don't actually work ( they were a xmas present) and there is no way to contact them. So I would avoid them in future. Disappointed 😞

This company should be shut down Royal Mail shown me a picture of my front door and they won’t even send another item out as they said it’s been delivered but in the delivery photo there was no parcel they even had the cheek to send me a photo of my front door from months before this even happened from Halloween they also took about a week and a half just before Christmas to tell me so now I’m stuck for money for Christmas presents and they don’t seem to care
Absolutely disgusted, ordered a refurbished Dell laptop in pristine condition for a Christmas present, arrived as expected and it's condition was immaculate. Perfect, until I attempt to set it up, the laptop was missing certain keystrokes making even the simplest of tasks impossible. Sent back for replacement to be told later that there was none available and I would be given a refund. I then decided to spend more and get another Dell with a higher spec, again arrived on time and was in pristine condition as described. Went to set it up to find it had the exact same fault as the previous one! Where is the quality control? Two Dell laptops with the same fault... Will not be buying from here again!!
I ordered a google watch which was £160.00 refurbished but when it came it was missing the charger but after correspondence with the seller they without any hesitation sent me a charger out the quality of the watch is fantastic just a little frustrating having a new toy and not being able to use it it is Christmas after all

I always feel to be cautious when buying something from the internet because of not receiving the items that you don’t get ! But stock must go are very good and the prices are brilliant ! I compared the prices to other sellers i couldn’t find any other sellers who could match SMG I got a tracking number and was kept informed on my item i bought! The quality of my item is excellent in the condition & I think it works ok I haven’t tested it yet as it’s a Xmas present! i recommend SMG and will continue to purchase items from SMG in the future !

This was an inspired buy; I purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro 15.4" (2018) Intel Core i7-8850H 16GB RAM; it was listed as pristine. It arrived next day and was as stated in pristine condition; it looks, works, and feels like a brand new machine. I managed to migrate all my data from my old Mac without any issues and am very pleased with the purchase and the price.
