The delivery photo shown a picture of my front door and when I went to check for my controller it was nowhere to be seen and haven’t had no email back when I emailed you
Laptop was supposed to be refurbished excellent condition. However the keyboard is faulty and does not work how it is supposed to be.
It wasn’t in it original box. And also doesn’t play like how I was expecting it. I couldn’t you so I have given it out.

You need to be careful what you are buying on this site because a lot of the stock is refurbished to varying degrees of condition and sometimes at prices just below new.

Got exactly what I ordered, pristine condition, very impressed.
Good prices but incompetent service. One of the items they sent was wrong, when I asked them to send the correct one I was informed I had to return the wrong one first. I did this promptly, and then they sent the same, incorrect item again. When I complained, they refused to send the correct item and instead just refunded.
