Wrong order sent… twice in two orders, explained it as though it was my fault… took too long to rectify as it was for a special occasion… don’t use this company!
Disappointed - I ordered and paid for a bottle of rum as an 18th birthday present to be informed a few days later that they didn’t have any stock. How can a company take payment for something they don’t have? I have been fully refunded but had I known at the point of purchase I could have got the bottle from elsewhere ensuring delivery in time.
VERY BAD. only delivered part of order. Phoned 3 times over 2 weeks, still no sign of missing part despite "assurance" would be sorted. After 3rd call told to e mail in, 72 hrs later still no response. no idea when or if missing part being delivered.

Great products, reasonably priced and quickly delivered. Unfortunately someone struggled with packing a Blanton's round bottle. Made a big mistake. Bottle wasn't securely tight inside, so it damaged the box a lot. Fortunately this is not a present. Next time pack the box folded next to the bottle in the air tube.
