We have ordered 2 Monkey 47 gins to be delivered. When it arrived (3rd December 2021) only 1 bottle of gin arrived, however, on the delivery note it stated that they have delivered 2 bottles. In addition, the package stated that its total weight is 1.7kg when it is actually 1.189kg. To make matters worst, the bottle that we were sent has been wet to touch. We are still waiting for the other bottle that we have paid for, however, Spirits Kiosk has yet to reply to our emails and our Paypal complaint. The person who has bought the gin is my mother and she has been completely upset with the lack of response we have received from this company, and she has been very disheartened, that she has left the gin untouched in its original packaging and this means that our Christmas is ruined. If Spirits Kiosk could kindly respond to this review or the emails and Paypal complaint then that will be great.
