We are a one stop shop focussed on delivering delicious spirits, ranging from small craft distilleries and household favourites, cocktail essentials and unique gifts for discerning drinkers. We believe in conscious consumption – that buying something is an endorsement of what it is, who makes it and what it stands for. To help promote this ideal, we wanted the level of transparency and the information at the point of purchase to be far better than what was available in typical online shopping experiences. We’ve ensured that every product listed has the answers to five simple questions. 1. What is it? 2. What does it taste like? 3. How is it made? 4. Who makes it? 5. Where is it made?
Awful. I ordered on the 23rd November, told delivery would be 26th. Delivery has not even been sent to courier by 7th December, and despite messaging and emailing the company twice I have had no acknowledgment or reply to my concerns. Zero customer service and I would give a zero rating if I could. They did generically email me and asked for a trustpilot review though. UPDATE: After posting they did get it touch, and after much to-ing and fro-ing I am now happy with Spirits kiosk. They were very apologetic and maintained contact whilst the problem was resolved and left me happy with the outcome. Thanks David.
Fabulous range of products with Great description and prices. Postage great value for money. Communication and delivery fantastic, quick and efficient.
Good communication of order made.
The only problem is their delivery which they charge for express delivery but there is no option to change the delivery slot. There should have been much flexibility. I had to miss an important appointment just because the DPD guy was supposed to come during that time and when I try to change the slot it was showing in the week after whereas I have paid for the express delivery.
